Currently we are not set up to receive Government Rent Subsidies and or 3rd Party Payments other than Grantors who are that of an immediate family member and who live in the local region where the subject community is located.
Most of our Communities accept a maximum of (2) pet (dog/cat), 25 pounds or less. Please call one of our Community Managers for more details as there are certain restrictions that may apply with Pets.
Some of our Communities include water, gas, electricity, and trash disposal, but generally most include water and trash disposal. In addition, our Professional Staff provides prompt repair service, landscape care, and pride of ownership to make the community of your choice a place you can call home.
Each of our Communities is staffed with a Community Manager who works and lives on-site and is available to provide prompt service to you; there is no Management Company representing the Owner. No middle party management means important decisions are handled promptly including property improvements and enhancements.
Tenants can contact our Community Manager when in need of maintenance repairs or concerns. Generally speaking, and barring conditions beyond our control, we strive to service each request within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday, and immediately, for emergency situations.
Generally we offer a Month to Month Contract but it is best to contact the community of your choice as we may offer a 1 year lease term there.
