I throughly enjoy these apartments. It is a 2-3 br place only and By far the nicest apts on the block. From the time I applied, I had nothing but a pleasant experience. The property manager Tatiana made the process smooth and the transition easy. She is really one of the sweetest managers I have come across. She was willing to work with my request for move in date and accommodations for the apartment I wanted. I was able to get a newly renovated place which is beautiful. The neighbors are nice and the complex is pretty quiet. The landscaping is kept up to date and I appreciate the gated area and how maintenance is quick to respond as well.

My family and I have been here on a year now and feel really fortunate to have found this property. We have a 3 bedroom remodeled townhouse and any time we need anything management or maintenance is very quick to get us taken care of. Kudos to our maintenance tech Benito! Not to mention multiple bbq pits around the property and the pool I get to cook with my babies and wife to enjoy these summer nights!

Some of our Communities include water, gas, electricity and trash disposal, but generally, most include water and trash disposal. Also, our Professional Staff provides prompt repair service, landscape care, and pride of ownership to make the community of your choice a place you can call home.

As a Tenant of Your Community, Who Do I Call to Handle My Concerns or Repair Requests?

Each of our Communities is staffed with a Community Manager who works and lives on-site and is available to provide prompt service to you. There is no Management Company representing the Owner. No middle party management means important decisions are handled promptly including property improvements and enhancements. Tenants can contact our Community Manager when in need of maintenance repairs or concerns. Generally speaking, and barring conditions beyond our control, we strive to service each request within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday, and immediately, for emergency situations. Requests for repair can be entered from online through a personal portal assigned to you or handwritten work order card through the on-site office. Our residents receive up to date real-time status of their requested repairs to ensure they are completed in a reasonable time frame.

We offer a 1-year lease term, but it is best to contact the Community of your choice to confirm Tenancy.
