Great starter home and stress-free move in/move out experience! Bruce is a great property manager. We never had any issues as tenants with management, and maintenance is quick and responsive. We’re going to miss living here, but would definitely recommend to anyone to inquire!

Apartments have been recently renovated and are very clean. Management is always quick to answer to any maintenance issues or otherwise. The complex is quiet and they have a pool and bbq in the courtyard. I’ve toured the redwoods complex which is ran by the same manager and the apartments there are also to the same quality standard.

What Is Included in the Rental Payment?

Some of our Communities include water, gas, electricity and trash disposal, but generally, most include water and trash disposal. Also, our Professional Staff provides prompt repair service, landscape care, and pride of ownership to make the community of your choice a place you can call home.

As a Tenant of Your Community, Who Do I Call to Handle My Concerns or Repair Requests?

Each of our Communities is staffed with a Community Manager who works and lives on-site and is available to provide prompt service to you. There is no Management Company representing the Owner. No middle party management means important decisions are handled promptly including property improvements and enhancements. Tenants can contact our Community Manager when in need of maintenance repairs or concerns. Generally speaking, and barring conditions beyond our control, we strive to service each request within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday, and immediately, for emergency situations. Requests for repair can be entered from online through a personal portal assigned to you or handwritten work order card through the on-site office. Our residents receive up to date real-time status of their requested repairs to ensure they are completed in a reasonable time frame.

What Type Of Rental Agreement Do You Offer?

We offer a 1-year lease term, but it is best to contact the Community of your choice to confirm Tenancy.

What Are the Prices of the Apartments?

Each apartment at Marcotte Properties is unique. For this reason, pricing varies from one unit to another. Our current apartment rental prices generally fall within the following ranges:

  • Two-bedroom apartments: $2250 –$2695
  • Three- bedroom apartments: $2795 – $3195
