Tom is a great manager. The best property manager I ever see. When moving out, they just charge a little amount for cleaning carpet and return me the rest. Super fair and transparent. One year after we moved out, we need some paper work from Tom and he was try his best to get the document for us. Can't expect anything better than that.
Hello to all . I am currently a resident at Town & Country apartments. There is so many great things I can say bout where I live . It's in a great location mins away from Bart. Local eateries that are very family friendly. Schools great community. Then there is the great management. I've never had a more caring experience. The level of professionalism is 2nd to none . The property Manger is amazing. She handles every thing .she has great communication, easy to talk to ,and always ready to help in any way she can . Not only is Town & County a great apartment community, it's truly a place you can call home .
