Do You Accept Government Rent Subsidies Or 3rd Party Payments Such As Section 8?

Currently we are not set up to receive Government Rent Subsidies and or 3rd Party Payments other than Grantors who are that of an immediate family member and who live in the local region where the subject community is located.

Do You Accept Pets?

We do not accept pets at this time.

What Is Included In The Rental Payment?

Some of our Communities include water, gas, electricity, and trash disposal, but generally most include water and trash disposal. In addition, our Professional Staff provides prompt repair service, landscape care, and pride of ownership to make the community of your choice a place you can call home.

As A Tenant Of Your Community, Who Do I Call To Handle My Concerns Or Repair Requests?

Each of our Communities is staffed with a Community Manager who works and lives on-site and is available to provide prompt service to you; there is no Management Company representing the Owner. No middle party management means important decisions are handled promptly including property improvements and enhancements.

Tenants can contact our Community Manager when in need of maintenance repairs or concerns. Generally speaking, and barring conditions beyond our control, we strive to service each request within 24 hours, Monday thru Friday, and immediately, for emergency situations.

Requests for repair can be entered from online through a personal portal assigned to you or handwrite work order card through the on-site office. Our residents receive up to date real time status of their requested repairs to ensure they are completed in a reasonable time frame.

What Type Of Rental Agreement Do You Offer?

Generally we offer a 1 year lease term but it is best to contact the Community of your choice to confirm Tenancy.

Do You Offer Move-In Specials?

Yes from time to time. Please contact the Community of your choice for current promotions.
